This community is a place where high performing women can show up for support, laughs, commiseration, and expert advice.
A place where “I am super busy and spinning a lot of plates” is inferred.
And a place where your passion and intensity is celebrated for how far it’s gotten you (but we also know you are tired and need to figure out something different and we can HELP YOU GET THERE).
But also, let’s party. Because doing all the things is F.U.C.K.I.N.G. H.A.R.D. and we should be squeezing joy into every moment we can.
I launched LadyCulture because I need this - and I know you do too. A place where high-performing women show up for deep chats, expert guidance, and actual tools to figure out what's next. Not just commiseration. Not just another place to take on more of the same shit. This is a space to get clear on who you're becoming and build a plan that fits HER.
We've got group coaching cohorts, expert-led courses, 1:1 support if you want it, and a growing community of women doing the damn thing. Come figure out your next chapter with us.
About our work
LadyCulture is where high-performing women in midlife redefine success on their own terms.
LadyCulture gives you three things:
A proven framework - The Core Alignment Framework helps you understand your core motivations, define what you actually want, and build a realistic bridge to get there.
Real guidance - I've been coaching high-performing women for 15 years. This a structured process that acknowledges your capabilities and that you are a grown-ass woman with responsibility and shit to do.
Community - These are women like you. They’ve reaped the rewards of success and know what it feels like to still not be satisfied. They understand what it took to get here and what it costs to stay.
You don't have to blow up your life to redesign it.
But you do have to get honest about what you actually want.
About Me
I’m Roya Platsis. I’m a coach, high performer, former HR exec, and founder of LadyCulture.
I love color, cooking, doing art just for the sake of doing it, and helping things grow (plants, people, businesses, movements). I’m also a devoted mother, daughter, wife, and friend.
I worked as a business leader for 20 years, performing, producing results, and working my ass off for…for what actually? Reward? Status? Clout? Shareholder returns? Even in my non-profit roles where the mission felt important, the bullshit was thick and some of the power dynamics were downright gross.
I’d been coaching high-performing women for my whole career. These women were reflecting back to me what I was feeling: burned out, exhausted from being held back or silenced by men with incomplete, bad (and sometimes dangerous) ideas, fighting for promotions, recognition, and compensation that matched their value. AND trying to find a partner who wasn’t intimidated by them OR raising children, carrying most of the weight of their marriage, and feeling deeply troubled by the state of the world.
On my 40th birthday, I “invested” in myself for the first time in forever. I went on retreat with my besties, took a tiny amount of magic mushrooms, and came home with a growing drumbeat in the back of my dome whispering “this can’t be all there is”. I was the primary income earner, with two kids headed off to college soon…and I knew I had to figure out something different for myself.
It took a couple years, but I became a psychedelic coach, left my job, started a consulting firm, got a bunch of tiny fun tattoos, and launched LadyCulture.
I run group coaching programs, 1:1 coaching, and community conversations about redefining yourself as a woman in midlife.
I am LIT ALL THE WAY UP by deep conversations and big belly laughs that make me pee my pants. And I’m getting both those needs met every day in this community.
Come join our party. I can’t wait to get to know you!
